Acitivity - Admission Rules

Admission to the school will be granted strictly on the basis of random selection conducted by the management.

Children having completed 3 years as on 1st July will be eligible for admission to class Nursery and 3 and a half years for KG I. For admission to higher classes, children should have attained a corresponding age.

Correct date of birth must be given at the time of admission. for admission to the pre primary classes and class one the admission form must be accompained with a copy of the birth certificate, aadhar card, SSSM Id. For admission to higher classes admission forms must be accompained with the transfer certificate duly counter signed in original, from the school last attended, copy of Aadhar Card, SSSM Id. 

If a child is withdrawn during the concurrency of an academic year, general fees for the running term will be charged and the other charges already paid shall not be refunded.

Appropriate weightage is given to the formative tests and the summative test for final evaluation. The students as such must obtain maximum marks in all test/examinations conducted by the school..

A student who fails to secure an aggregate of 33% marks will not be promoted to the next class. He/She must also secure at least 33% in each subject for promotion.

Students having less than 80% of attendance to their credit shall not be allowed to take annual examinations..
If a student is absent from any of the term tests, quarterly or half yearly examinations it will not be possible to arrange for the missed examination on a subsequent date. In the case of absence as a consequence of serious emergencies properly justified, an appropriate weight age in marks will be allowed in the annual final assessment.

Appropriate weight age for half yearly, annual examinations and term tests is incorporated in the final assessment. Students, as such, must obtain maximum marks/grades in all examinations /tests conducted by the school to have an overall better performance

While entering Class 11, a student leaves High School and enters the Higher Secondary School and as such, has to take re-admission. No Admission Fee is levied in the case; however, granting admission in classn11 is at the discretion of the school. School can set any criteria for admission in various subject streams available at Higher Secondary level. apart from marks obtained in Class 10 Exams behaviour/discipline of the student/parents/related members is considered an important criterion for this purpose.
