Activities In The School The school conducts a wide range of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities as an integral part of the school curriculum. While each activity is very important for all children, generally students are allowed to take part in limited number of activities at a time. Student’s are motivated to participate in Inter School Competitions in various fields like Quiz, Sports etc. Activities are listed below:

Recommendations to Parents

Check the haircut, uniform and punctuality of your ward daily in the morning.

Check your ward’s diary daily. Do sign the remarks if any and take necessary actions.

See that your ward carries books/exercise books according to the Time table for that day. No extra books are allowed.

See his/her Report Card and teacher’s remarks in his class work/home work exercises books and student hand book.

Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, activities and sports.

Instruct your ward to be careful about his/her belongings. Expensive articles like watches, calculators and cellular phones should not be brought to school. They are also not allowed to wear jewellery in the school. In case of violation of this rule the article will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in the school.


Rules for Admission, Withdrawal and Promotion

Admission from class 2nd onwards will be granted strictly on merit basis judged by personal interview and/or written test subject to the availability of seats. .

Children having completed 3 years as on 1st July will be eligible for admission to class Nursery and 3 and a half years for KG I. No admission test will be taken for admission in these classes. For admission to higher classes, children should have attained a corresponding age.

Correct date of birth must be given at the time of admission. For admission to the pre primary classes and class one the admission form must be accompanied with a copy of the birth certificate. For admission to higher classes admission forms must be accompanied with the transfer certificate in original, from the school last attended.

If a child is withdrawn during the concurrency of an academic year, general fees for the running term will be charged and the other charges already paid shall not be refunded.

Appropriate weightage is given to the terminal tests and the Half Yearly exams in the finals. The students as such must obtain maximum marks in all test/examinations conducted by the school.

A student who fails to secure an aggregate of 33% marks will not be promoted to the next class. He /she must also secure at least 33% in each subject for promotion.

Students having less than 80% of attendance to their credit shall not be allowed to appear in annual examinations.

If a student is absent from any of the tests/assessments, it will not be possible to arrange for the missed examination on a subsequent date. In case of absence as a consequence of serious emergencies properly justified, an appropriate weightage in marks will be allowed in the final assessment.
